The day started same as usual- me coughing all night and worrying about keeping my fellow bedroom dweller awake. With very heavy lids and having breakfasted with the other seven art enthusiasts I headed off to the studio.
This place is quite extraordinary. Amazing views all around the property as it sits on top of a hill. You can see for miles. It’s picturesque, has been set up perfectly for artists and having your own two chefs for a week kind of sucks eh??
We’ve been through an awful lot of things today. Perspective, tone, composition, abstract and a few more things. Had lunch then took photos and eventually we painted. I’m not sure if I’m better or worse than I was last week but Julian seems to think there’s a glimmer of hope for me. We’ll see.
Another creative meal each course announced by the chef. It’s unreal. The coughing has been pretty awful today but hopefully I’m over the worst of it now. Early to bed tonight as we have a big day out tomorrow.
