Day 7 – 13th August – shopping day?
Breakfast with a very nice view.

Helen and I decided to walk into town. It took 35 minutes crossing to each side of the very busy road when it ran out of pathways. It was pretty hairy as the road is only two lanes and is the main road to Fort William. We did make it tho! Stopped at a little cafe for refreshments and as usual connected to their wifi.
We met Helen’s relatives who arrived at the train station. It’s the same station where we caught the Jacobite (Harry Potters train) a few years ago.
We went to the supermarket where Helen and her family purchased flowers for their relative’s graves.
The family plot is opposite the most amazing view.

A short while later we had lunch at a hotel, sitting out the back on the deck. We fortunately were under a very large umbrella because it was about 28 degrees! And SUPER SUNNY!
I stayed at home in the evening whilst the relatives all went out to dinner at Glen Nevis Restaurant and Bar. 10,101 steps.
